Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crrikex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered at crrikex.net, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, instant games, account management, payment services, and promotional programmes.

By completing the crrikex registration process, by accessing the crrikex platform, or by placing any bet or wager via crrikex, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crrikex platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and crrikex. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific terms shall prevail with respect to the matter in question, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the crrikex platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. crrikex strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 18 years old. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Personal account: You must be registering and using an account for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period at crrikex or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or use.
• Funds: All funds deposited to your crrikex account must be from legitimate sources. You warrant that no deposited funds are derived from illegal activity.

crrikex reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification is not completed within a reasonable period of the request will be suspended until verification is provided.

Account Registration

To access the full range of crrikex services, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times and must notify crrikex promptly of any changes.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one crrikex account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different device types, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, crrikex reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit any remaining balances in those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crrikex login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. crrikex will never contact you to ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified crrikex of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options in your account settings.

KYC Verification

crrikex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any time crrikex considers verification necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until documentation is provided.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on crrikex are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). crrikex supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at crrikex's discretion, and the current list of supported channels is always displayed within the account cashier.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your crrikex account within 30 seconds under normal conditions.
• Deposit ownership: You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• Declined deposits: crrikex is not liable for any fees, charges, or delays imposed by your mobile banking provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15–60 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day.
• KYC requirement: Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is approved. crrikex reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawal channel: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment channel and mobile number used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Pending bets: Withdrawal requests submitted while active bets are pending may be held until those bets are settled.

Bonuses & Promotions

crrikex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the terms of each specific promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One welcome bonus per player: The crrikex welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

• crrikex's discretion: crrikex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed in reliance on a promotion that is subsequently voided will be re-evaluated under standard terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on crrikex is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sportsbook and casino sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sportsbook

crrikex offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate any winnings, subject to the void and settlement rules below.
• crrikex reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including obvious pricing errors.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules for that event type.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant market has already been determined (for example, due to a data feed delay) may be voided by crrikex.
• The minimum bet amount and maximum win limits applicable to each market are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

Casino & Slots

All casino games available on crrikex — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In addition:

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is published within the game information panel. crrikex does not modify the RTP of any third-party game.
• In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or server interruption, any bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• crrikex is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's internet connection failure during a game round. Incomplete game rounds are resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded on crrikex servers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the crrikex platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account while under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one crrikex account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using crrikex to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a mechanism for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other method of circumventing bonus terms.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with crrikex games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on crrikex.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or pricing error on the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward crrikex support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Third-party deposits: Using payment methods not registered in your own name to fund your crrikex account.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crrikex, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the crrikex platform, even if crrikex has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, crrikex expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, server outages, or third-party service failures.
• Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in game data, sports odds, live score feeds, or event results displayed on the platform where such data is sourced from third-party providers.
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to adequately secure their account credentials, including losses attributable to unauthorised access where the player has shared their login details.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of crrikex to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your crrikex account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit crrikex's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by crrikex's negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments & Termination

crrikex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crrikex will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the crrikex platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Closure by Player

You may close your crrikex account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before submitting your closure request, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your account. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Note that closing your account does not override any outstanding KYC or anti-money laundering obligations — crrikex may retain your data as required by applicable regulations.

Account Suspension or Closure by crrikex

crrikex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's mobile banking provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the suspension of services to a specific player or region.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, crrikex will endeavour to return any verified real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through crrikex's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact [email protected] in the first instance, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. crrikex aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
